Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases involving commercial vehicles or trucking, as well as other cases involving catastrophic injuries or death.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court hearings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management
- Mentor and manage litigation support team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with complete management of personal injury cases, with a focus on commercial vehicles or cases involving catastrophic injury or death.
- Must have strong record of successful case outcomes, inclusive of trial experience.
